About Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort is a beachfront resort in Sharks Bay, facing Tiran Island. Set among gardens, it has a private beach, six pools, several restaurants, a lounge bar, a café and a spa. The front desk is open 24 hours. Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort. Parking is free too.

The resort is in Sharks Bay, facing Tiran Island. Sharm el-Sheikh airport is 4.2 km away as the crow flies, Naama Bay 6 km and the Old Market 13 km. The resort offers car rental.

Shark and Yolanda Reef, in Ras Mohammed, are 27 km away as the crow flies. The Dunraven wreck is 37 km away and the Thistlegorm 47 km. You reach them by boat from the Sharm harbors.

Dive sites nearby

You can snorkel on site, at extra cost. Diving is booked with an outside dive center, also at extra cost. For the big sites, the Sharm dive centers run day trips by boat. Boats for Ras Mohammed leave from Naama Bay or Sharm el-Maya. From Sharks Bay, allow time for the drive to the harbor before boarding.

Shark and Yolanda Reef are one to one and a half hours away by boat. The Dunraven wreck takes one and a half to two hours by boat. It is almost always combined with a Ras Mohammed site. The Thistlegorm is also a day trip. Hotel pickup is around 3 a.m., for a three-hour boat ride.
